✈ Air Arabia schedules Sarajevo flights from March

Air Arabia has scheduled Sharjah-Sarajevo flights beginning March 30, this is three months earlier when compared to the previous years. The airline will operate three weekly flights on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from March 30, to June 29. From July 01, flights will increase to daily until September 10. From September 14 to October 29 flights will operate three times a week.

✈Air Arabia inaugurated flights from Abu Dhabi to Sarajevo

Today, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi inaugurated flights from Abu Dhabi to Sarajevo with an Airbus 320 aircraft. Flights are scheduled to operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays until September 11, 2021. Abu Dhabi joins Sharjah as second destination for the airline to be served from Sarajevo Airport.

✈ Flydubai and Air Arabia to operate up to four daily flights to Sarajevo

 

On selected days during July, Flydubai will operate four daily flights between Dubai and Sarajevo. The demand for Dubai-Sarajevo flights is reaching pre pandemic levels when 3 daily flights were operated during summer season of 2019. Four daily flights Dubai- Sarajevo-Dubai will be operated on July 16, 23 and 24. For most of the summer season the airline will operate three daily flights from Dubai to Sarajevo. From July the airline will deploy Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft on its Sarajevo service.

Air Arabia is increasing its Sharjah-Sarajevo service from July 12, up to two daily . Like Flydubai, Air Arabia will also operate four daily flights from Sharjah to Sarajevo on selected days during July. The airline will operate four daily flights from Sharjah to Sarajevo  on July 16 and 23, three daily flights on July 17and 24 (two from Sharjah and one from Abu Dhabi), two daily flights from July 18 until the end of the month. On selected days in July United Arab Emirates will be connected with Sarajevo with 8 daily flights. Increase of flights is expected to continue during the month of August as well.

✈ Air Arabia to resume Sarajevo flights in May

Due to increased demand Air Arabia is resuming Sharjah-Sarajevo service two months earlier. The airline originally planned to restart Sarajevo flights in the first week of July but due to high interest for the flights, Air Arabia is starting Sarajevo flights on May 07, 2021. Flights will operate three times weekly until July 05, going daily from July 05, until September 05.

✈ Air Arabia is temporary suspending flights to Sarajevo

From April 09. to June 22. Air Arabia is suspending Sharjah-Sarajevo flights. Even though Air Arabia planned to suspend  flight during the month of Ramadan, this suspension is coming earlier than planned. Early flight suspension is due to fierce competitions from Flydubai, who is operating two daily and on some days three daily flights from Dubai main airport to Sarajevo. Air Arabia is in disadvantage to operate flights from Sharjah Airport, offering very little possibility for connecting flights. Emirates is selling Flydubai flights to connect on Emirates world wide network. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, Flydubai is also reducing flights to Sarajevo to two flights per week. From June 22^nd both airlines will drastically increase flights to Sarajevo, operating daily. If bookings are exceeded Flydubai will add additional flights to Sarajevo.
