New Bosnian startup FLYBOSNIA is dynamic airline based in Sarajevo, now looking for exceptional people who are friendly, confident and have passion for excellent customer service delivery, to join the team of enthusiasts already passionate for flying. We strive to ensure that our customers enjoy safe flights with high standards of customer service.

If you meet the below requirements, please apply:

• Speak & read fluent English and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian
• Another language is an advantage (Arabic preferably)
• 21 years of age or over by 31st October 2017
• Graduated from high school
• Clean criminal records
• Bosnian or EU citizen holding a valid passport allowing unlimited travel
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm
• Weight in proportion with the height
• Able to swim at least 25 meters unaided
• Work in flexible times, including the weekends and holydays
• No visible piercings and tattoos on head, face and neck. Visible tattoos not bigger that 15cm x 5cm on other parts of body with neutral content
• Able to pass medical examination

Experienced candidates:

• Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with EASA PART-CC form 142 issue 1
• Hold a valid License issued in accordance with JAR (JAA) requirements
• Hold a valid Medical Report in accordance with EASA PART-MED

Successful applicants will also need to possess:

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• The ability to be tactful and diplomatic
• Great knowledge of customer service skills
• Competence in handling difficult situations and the ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situation
• The ability to work as a supportive team member
