✈ Mostar Airport summer 2016 flight timetable

Mostar International Airport will be connected with many charter flights to destinations in Italy, primarily: Rome, Naples, Bari and Milan-Bergamo. All flights are organized by tourist agencies, catering to Italian tourists visiting catholic pilgrimage in Medjugorje. Mostar Airport is expecting same number of passengers as last year (around 75.000). With great tourist potential Mostar Airport is still unable to attract any airlines with regular flights even thought it was announced many times before that talks are being held with numerous airlines. Wizz air just recently announced its interest to start flights to/from Mostar. Mostar Airport has perfect geographical position for low cost airlines due to its proximity to Adriatic Coast to the south and Sarajevo to the north, and could offer flights to airlines currently flying to Split, since Split airport is facing capacity issues during the peak summer months. Distance from Mostar to Split is 170 kilometers.
