✈Record May for Sarajevo Airport

Sarajevo International Airport has recorded its busiest May by handling 151.152  passengers, representing an increase of 30,3% or 35.176 passengers more when compared to the same month of last year. Aircraft operations recorded an increase of 23%, while cargo grew by 10% . Year to date Sarajevo Airport handled 520.466 passengers, an increase of 30,1%. The month of June will see the introduction of new flights by Aegean Airlines from Athens, Scandinavian Airlines flights from Copenhagen and Air Arabia flights from Sharjah. From June 5^th to June 25^th Flynas will operate regular charter flights for Hajj from Medina.

✈Sarajevo Airport – HAJJ flights schedule

A total of 14 departing, and 14 arriving flights are scheduled to transport 2.225 pilgrims from Sarajevo to Jeddah for Hajj pilgrimage . All flights are scheduled to operate by Sudi low-cost carrier Flynas using an Airbus 320neo aircraft with seating capacity of 174 passengers. The first group of 152 passengers is scheduled to depart Sarajevo on June 5^th.
