Wizz Air launched
Sarajevo-London Luton flights on 29.03.2022. with Airbus 320 aircraft (capacity
180 seats) with two weekly rotations. Due to increased demand during the month
of August one of the flights was operated with Airbus 321 with 239 seat
capacity.
Currently London Luton is the
only European route operated by Wizz Air out of Sarajevo. After the closure of
Wizz Air Sarajevo base, London Luton flights are operated by Wizz Air UK with
Airbus 321neo offering 239 seats, representing an increase of 59 seats per
flight compared to previously operated flights with Airbus 320 aircraft.

base in Tuzla
